When we are trapped in our own insecurities and self sabotaging patterns, it is incredibly difficult  to get out of our own way. One needs a tethered support system in order to pull oneself out of the depths of unrest.

I am here to be the tether, the anchor and the root so that you may trust yourself enough to begin growing towards the sun. We always have room to grow, to bloom and to expand. The dedication to our own curiosity is the life force that drives our vitality. When we reconnect with Nature, we reconnect with our own Nature. And that is always one of beauty, nourishment and ever evolving magic.
