“No easy way” I saw that on the back of a tro-tro (public transportation) 22 years ago during my trek through Ghana.
It has been a consistent motto of mine ever since. Every time I think I can predict all that lies ahead of me the winds of change seem to laugh in my direction. As I pull back the lense, I recognize that my world at large has not necessarily gotten “easier” but I have most certainly gotten stronger. We cannot determine what life may throw in our direction. We cannot control the pressures of the winds and the illusive dreams they may attempt to dismantle. But we can fine tune our vessel so that we may traverse the future unknown terrains with greater confidence and ease. We can understand, accept and ground ourselves in every twist, turn and crevice of our authentic inner world so that even the most extreme outside pressures cannot dismantle our foundations of truth.
The Homecoming is a 3 month intensive mentorship to help you root yourself into the truth of how magical and essential you are. It is to fine tune your own inner compass so no one else may throw you off course. It is to help you remember who you are and who you came here to be so that you may never forgot yourself in the midst of other’s projections.
Here is what the journey will entail each of the three months:
WEEK 1:
60-90 minute Cowry Shell Divination to dive into your soul’s calling and connect you to your ancestors and guides.
WEEK 2-4:
90 minute mentorship/breathwork sessions to support in somatic healing, nervous system regulation and neurological rewiring.
WEEKLY:
I will prescribe personalized rituals and offerings in order to reconnect you to Nature(and the nature of you) and the Other World to further support you on your journey.
In addition, a monthly 60 minute call will be available for extra questions, support and integration.

Amy has spent the last five years studying Cowry Shell Divination and Indigenous African Healing Technologies with the late Elder Malidoma Patrice Some, The Q’uerro lineage healing technologies with Alberto Villaloldo and The Four Winds and Breathwork with her teacher and mentor Erin Telford. Prior she spent 20+ years working in the film and TV industry in Hollywood and New York City. She currently resides in Chicago, Illinois with her two amazing children.
